On April 20, 2018, Educational and Research Law Institute together with Main Territorial Department of Justice in Kyiv conducted a roundtable on the theme “Reforming of the procedural legislation of Ukraine. Representation and execution of court decisions”.

During the roundtable the problematic issues of private executors’ training, implementation of court decisions by public and private executors, a new version of the Code of Administrative Proceedings, implementation of court decisions on bank disputes, access of an attorney to participate in judicial process, novelties of civil process in law enforcement practice, etc. have been discussed.
