On March 23, 2018, under the guidance of a tutor Oksana Myronets, students of the group PR-401 of Educational and Research Law Institute visited the gallery-sacristy “Miraculous Icons of Afona.”

The most famous copies of the Athosian icons: “Abbot of Mount Athos,” “Dignified is", “Sweet Kissing (Glycophilus),” “Otrada and Savor,” “Iverska,” “Archangel Michael,” “Mykola Wondercreater” and others have been presented to the attention of the senior students.
The students learned that the gallery opened with the help and blessing of the Metropolit of Kiev and All Ukraine His Beatitude Volodymyr, while the Athos monks, with continuous prayer, with blessing and inspiration, write identical copies of well-known miraculous icons.
The senior students gladly visited the unique exposition of the lists of icons, which for the first time in history are so fully represented outside of Greece. Such excursions are important for the formation of aesthetic and cultural education of the future lawyers.
