19 February 2018 in the educational-scientific law institute was held the methodical seminar for mentors and commanders of groups dedicated to the optimal models of a pedagogical cooperation between teacher and student.
The participants were: the headmaster of the institute Irina Sopilko, the chief of a humanitarian department and social communication of the NAU Elena Kalinichenko, person who is responsable for educational work Nina Trotsyuk, senior mentor Elena Makeіeva, the head of the department of university education and law of the Higher Education Management University of the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine Marina Day, also mentors and commanders of groups. They were discussing the problems of searching optimal models of a pedagogical cooperation between teacher and student. There were a lot of interesting speeches about cooperation, peculiarities of communication between student and teacher, psychological characteristics of pedagogical interaction, styles of interaction in conflict situations. The participants were raised the issues of innovative and communicative technologies in the work of a mentor of an academic group during this meeting. The participants have summed everything up and also have planed to improve the models of pedagogical interaction, in particular, individual interviews with students, training mentors, holding educational events: excursions to attractions, visits to exhibitions, museums, theaters and so on.
