On February 15, 2018, the Scientific and Practical Center for Anti-Corruption Activities in the Transport and Aerospace Area of the National Aviation University of Ukraine conducted a Scientific and Practical Seminar on "Corruption Risks in the Transport and Space Sector".
The scientific-practical seminar was attended by representatives of public authorities, public organizations and universities of Kyiv, namely: Komissarov O.G., D.Sc., professor, head of the department of special military disciplines of the Kiev faculty of the National Academy of the National Guard of Ukraine ; Kunyev Yu.D., D.Sc., professor, Head of the Department of Administrative and Customs Law University of Customs and Finance; O. Rachuk, Managing Partner of Natsina Rachuk, Advocate, Vice President of the All-Ukrainian Public Organization "Association of Advocates of Ukraine", member of the Board of the Public Association "Association of Tax Advisors"; Naumov V.V, Chairman of the Public Council under the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, Chairman of the Council of the Public Organization "All-Ukrainian Center for Transport Infrastructure Reforms"; Kuzmin V.R, Head of Personnel and Corruption Prevention Department of the State Space Agency of Ukraine; Matyora N.I, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine, Chairman of the Kiev regional organization of the Union of Lawyers of Ukraine; Galunko V.V, Doctor of Law, Professor, Director of the Public Law Research Institute; Kazmiruk S.D, Deputy Head of Prevention, Anti-Corruption and Internal Control Department of the National Aviation University. During opening of event there is the Scientific leader of Center of D.Sc., N.А. Armash marked that the timely exposure of corruption risks would allow to prevent distribution of corruption in transport and space spheres, will promote the level of trust to these industries from the side of investors, that positively will influence on the economy of the state on the whole. Making of methodology of exposure of corruption risks is the general task of organs to public power and scientific public. As a result of fruitful work of research and practice seminar participants expounded structural suggestions in relation to the improvement of current legislation in the aspect of discussion of a mark problem.
