On November 29, 2017, a lecture-training on the topic «Regulation of the activities of business entities by the departments of the district state administration» was held for students of full-time education at the Educational and Legal Law Institute in the premises of the Solomyansky District State Administration in Kyiv.
The purpose of the event is to familiarize future lawyers with the specifics of the regulation of the activities of economic entities by local authorities, taking into account the processes of decentralization in Ukraine. The event was attended by professors of the Department of Economic, Air and Space Law Dmitry Bezzubov, Nadiya Armash, as well as third-year students of NAU. «To date, the procedure for registration of business entities, including in the transport sphere, takes no more than 5-7 days, subject to the availability of registration documents and the lack of legal grounds for refusal of registration», the head of the department of registration of business entities noted Margarita Koreneva during the lecture. Students learned about the specifics of registration of documents of business entities, the structure of the department of registration of business entities and the system of providing administrative services by the given authority during a tour of the Solomyansky district state administration in Kyiv.
