On November 20, 2017, at secondary school №. 222 and Eco Liceum №. 198 in Kiev, Ph.D., Associate Professor of the Criminal Law and Processes Department of the Educational and Scientific Law Institute Nazar Malyarchuk together with the Chairman of the Student Council of the Institute Tatyana Lukashenko for students senior classes conducted a lecture on "The system of judicial system in Ukraine."
During the lesson with schoolchildren, questions were considered about the formation and development of the judicial system in Ukraine as an independent branch of government, which is entrusted with the function of administering justice. The structure of the judicial system and its division into the system of courts of general jurisdiction and the Constitutional Court of Ukraine as the sole body of constitutional jurisdiction are discussed. At the end of the meeting, high school students got acquainted with the activities of the structural units of the National Aviation University, as well as with the peculiarities of training students in specialty 081 "Law".
