On March 19th, 2012 the Department of Criminal Law and Process of the Legal Institute held the meeting of scientific and practical round table on theme “Enforcement of Judgments: Problems of Theory and Practice” with the assistance of Tetyana Veselska – a judge of the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine, PhD (Law), lecturers and students of the Institute. There discussed problematic questions of execution of judicial decisions, ways of their solution by making motions concerning amending some provisions of the national legislation.
In their reports the participants discussed the topical questions of definition of the court enforcement action in the context of European integration processes, legal status of the bodies responsible for enforcement of judgments, regulation of enforcement procedures. Tetyana Veselska as a specialist with long experience in the court of general jurisdiction shared her experience with participants of scientific and practical round table on theme “Enforcement of Judgments: Problems of Theory and Practice”.
