On October 20, 2017, at the Training and Research Institute of Law, the State Commissioner of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, a member of the Permanent Administrative Board for reviewing complaints of violations of the law in the field of public procurement, a candidate of law sciences, Agia Zagrebelskaya, held a master class on «Typical mistakes of procurement participants during registration tender documentation».
The goal is to study the problems of legislative regulation of the state procurement process, to determine the place and role of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine in these processes. In the course of the event, Agia Zagrebelskaya told students about the activities of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, which within its authority carries out consideration of complaints filed by the subjects of the appeal, in accordance with the procedure established by Article 18 of the Law of Ukraine «On State Procurement», in relation to relevant decisions or actions of customers, violating the rights or legitimate interests of the subject of the complaint, the procedure and normative provision of the process of processing complaints about violations of the legislation in the field of public procurement, etc. At the end of the master class, students had the opportunity to ask questions about the latest legislation in the field of public procurement, in particular, about the project «Prozorro» - a modern system of conducting open and effective public procurements, which ensures the creation, placement and publication of tenders online, the exchange of information between tenderers and documents in electronic form, accessibility for analysis and public control.
