On March 16th, 2017 Educational and Research Institute of Law held a scientific-practical round table on the theme: "The mechanism of modern legal state in the doctrine of constitutional reform in Ukraine".
Active participation in the round table took leading scientific-pedagogical laborers from universities of Kyiv and representatives of public associations, including: Professor of department of economic-legal disciplines of the National Academy of Internal Affairs, PhD, associate professor - Igor Andruschenko, Deputy Director of Institute of law and postgraduate education of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine - Yuri Shuliak, deputy head of administrative department of the Institute of law and postgraduate education of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine - Dmitry Sanchkivskyy, representatives from the Ukrainian public organization "National Coordination Committee of assisting in counteraction сorruption", the adviser of chairman - Alexey Panchenko, head and deputy head of the committee department from Kiev region, Oleg and Maria Fasolya Burago. In the process of conducting of scientific-practical seminar were considered and discussed the most relevant theoretical and practical aspects of the formation and implementation of public policy, aimed at protecting the national interests and securing individual, society and state in Ukraine from internal and external threats in all spheres of life; constitutional principles of decentralization of state power, reform of public administration and justice in terms of its progressive integration into the European Union.
