On February 28th, 2017, at the Educational Scientific Law Institute the Methodological Seminar for mentors and commanders of groups on the topic "The Role of Psychological Trainings in Personality Development" was held.

The seminar was attended by: Irina Sopilko, the director of the Institute, Elena Kalinichenko, the head of the Department of Humanitarian Development and Social Communications of NAU, Nina Trotsyuk, the responsible person for educational work, Elena Makeeva, the senior mentor, Vitaliy Sidorkin, the psychologist of the human development department, the mentors and commanders of groups.
During the seminar the ways of introduction and use of psychological trainings in the professional training of lawyers and in educational work were discussed. Interesting for the audience were the elements of psychological training (psychological boundaries, feelings and emotions, self-esteem and co-dependence), conducted by a psychologist Vitaly Sidorkin.
Summing up the seminar participants concluded that holding group and individual psychological trainings for students of specialty 081 "Law" will contribute to the development of personal qualities and skills, which in turn will improve the level of efficiency in the implementation of professional tasks in the future and increase the authority among the population.
