In December 2016 the Department of Criminal Law and Procedure Law Educational and Research Institute in methodical study was organized and held a thematic exhibition "Ukraine - NATO."
During the exhibition an assistant professor Julia Lantsedova pointed out that Ukraine is the only partner country of NATO, which is involved in all the main current peacekeeping missions under its pretext. Sovereign, independent and stable Ukraine has steadily committed to democracy and the rule of law is of paramount importance for Euro-Atlantic security. Relations between NATO and Ukraine began to develop in the early 90-ies of XX century and has since become one of the most important NATO partnerships. Since 2014, as a result of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, cooperation between Ukraine and NATO in a number of key industries it has been activated. At present, NATO is considered the best organized and effective international organization in the field of defense, security and politics. During the exhibition, the students of the 4th course acquainted with the scientific works and works of leading domestic scientists and faculty members of the Department, which were presented at the thematic information shelves in methodical study.
