15 of December 2016 director and professor of Constitutional and Administrative Law Faculty in Educational and Research Institute of Law Iryna Sopilko gave an open lecture on the topic: «Regulation of information with limited access».
Information with limited access as a legal phenomenon in the national information doctrine is a new, actual and not full-blown. Consequently, the lecture theme «Regulation of information with limited access», that was held within second course of discipline «Information Law» has scientific and practical importance for future lawyers. During the lecture, Irina Sopilko disclosed doctrinal approaches to the definition of restricted information with limited access and analyzed the concept, enshrined in law, certain types of this information in the information law, analyzed the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Access to Public Information", described the components of administrative-legal regime of information restricted in Ukraine and also outlined the specifics of commercial confidentiality and personal data (identity information) as the most important types of information with restricted access.
