On December 12th, 2016 Associate Professor of department of Constitutional and Administrative of Educational and Research Institute of Law Igor Rozum held an interactive discussion-debate on theme: "The problems of higher legal education in Ukraine and the ways to solve them " for the pupils of 11 classes of Specialized school with advanced study of English № 254 from Kyiv.

In the process of conducting the dispute pupils were able to view with the most pointed problems, which facing higher education institutions in the course of professional education and training of future legal professionals, and also the formation of their high level of psychological and legal culture by higher school.
During summing up attention of presented pupils were focused on the fact that modern conditions of training of qualified personnel requires, besides, introduction of appropriate innovative programs, changes in quality control and administration of the educational process. Prospective applicants could also learned about role and place of Educational and Research Institute of Law in a process of preparation of competitive specialists-lawyers for a dynamically-changeable labour-market, which is provided, from one side - by the presence of highly skilled faculty advisors, and from another – by the possibility of gradual practical preparation of student by a direct grant of legal assistance by him to scanty means groups of society under the direction of teacher in Legal advice «Legal clinic».
