The meeting of took place on November, 16, 2016, of Candidate of Law, Associate Professor of Department Theory and History of State and Law of Scienstific and Research Institute of Law Natalia Pilgun and student of 4 courses Diana Kravchenko with students that study in the 10th-11th classes of general high school № 17 and general high school № of 19 in Kyiv.

During realization of thematic conversation on a theme "Role and value of moral values in forming of personality", Natalia Pilgun marked that feeling of responsibility must become the main values of civil ideology for the fate of country. Exactly on this basis a role and value of moral values in forming of the young generation can grow and bring the results of good behaviour of personality. Also drew the attention of high school students that historically conditioned consciousness of youth development association does not allow her to stay out of the complex processes taking place recently in Ukraine.
Actuality of measure consists in that exactly young people must adhere to in society the high standards of moral values and to distribute them through the various channels of communication, in future adapting them to the interests, to prevent the origin of offences in society.
