November 10, 2016 in the Educational and Research Law Institute was held Scientific Seminar on "Legal regulation of economic relations in a significant fall in GDP".
In the scientific event was attended by prominent scholars and lawyers, Doctor of Law, Professor, Professor of the Institute of Administrative Law. OE Didorenka Lugansk State University of Internal Affairs - Sergei Pyetkov, Doctor of Law, professor, head of department of constitutional, administrative and economic law and process of the Kiev University Law NAS of Ukraine - Hope Armaş, Doctor of Law, Professor, Scientific Director Research Institute of Public law Halunko Valentin, Doctor of law, professor, corresponding member of National Academy of Sciences, professor of business, air and space law HH Yi NAU - Oksana Vinnik, k.psyh.n., associate, president of the police Association, PhD - Boris Shapovalov, head of the Kiev regional branch of the Union of lawyers of Ukraine - Mykola Matora, chief specialist of the National agency monitoring to prevent corruption - Vadim Pankivska, scholars, educators LV Yi NAU. One of the directions of the seminar was to discuss issues of investment law of the conservation potential of industrial enterprises and social direction in the activities of private enterprises. The event also discussed topical issues and research of economic law, commercial law doctrine, the problem of corruption as a factor reducing GDP, consumer protection issues and investors during the economic crisis. The results of the scientific and methodological seminar offered to continue further research of actual theoretical issues on selected areas and on the basis of the results obtained to prepare scientific articles and other publications, and obtaining conclusions, proposals and recommendations to implement projects in relevant regulations.
