On October 26, 2016, Associate Professor of Department of Theory and History of State and Law of Education and Research Institute of Law Olena Makieyeva with senior pupils of Specialized School with advanced study of foreign languages № 220 in Kyiv conducted the conversations on the theme "Prevention of crimes among the youth".

In modern conditions to form a legal state in Ukraine, it is important to form a legal culture of citizens. Legal education of youth to prevent crimes among pupils is especially important.
During the event, Olena Makieyeva uncovered concepts and types of offences, particularities of minors’ legal liability, the lawyers’ role in the legal culture of a society formation.
At the end of the event, the pupils watched the video about ER LI of NAU.
Such educational events form the legal awareness and legal culture of pupils, contribute prevention of their unlawful behaviour and help in a future profession determination.
