On October 18th, 2016 department of constitutional and administrative law of Educational and Research Institute of Law organized and conducted scientific-practical round table on the topic: "Doctrinal problems of scientific researches in the sphere of public law".
Active participation in the round table attended students, graduate students, research and teaching staff of the Institute, associate professor from department of Public and Private Law of Faculty of Law and International Affairs of Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, Ph.D., Associate Professor Andrew Chernega and also students-consultants from Legal Clinic "Astraea" Tsirelchuk Julia and Irina Polyakova. During the event its members discussed the most pointed and controversial aspects of the current state of scientific development of separate public-law institutions, in particular: the doctrinal problems of formation of the state information policy in Ukraine, legal and organizational frameworks of functioning of corruption preventing system in Ukraine; content and procedure of application of preventive anti-corruption mechanisms; public-legal regulation of the activities of financial intermediaries and also peculiarities of introduction of the institute of the constitutional action in Ukraine as a new human rights instrument in the justice system. The roundtable contributed to the expansion of scientific debate, expressing of personal considerations and the comparison of opponent’s views compared to the problems, that had been raised, finding ways to solve them, the determining of the main priority directions for further scientific researches.
