February 22, 2012 in Law Institute the students-masters under the direction of professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Dr. social sciences, professor Shust N.B. was hosted a round table on the philosophy of law on the topic: "Philosophy of Law: history of development, current status and problems."
Students discussed the urgent issues of the philosophy of power, philosophy of property, philosophy of the crime, punishment philosophy and philosophy of human rights. Were considered historical aspects of each of these problems expressed the views of a famous philosophers on these issues and contemporary understanding of these concepts.
