On the 12-13th of September, 2016 in the methodical room of Educational and Scientific Institute of Law the first year students visited the exhibition on the theme “Mind consists not only of knowledge, but also of the ability to apply knowledge in practice (Aristotle).”
The purpose of this event is to help first-year students in the educational activity. During two days of scientific and pedagogical staff of Department of Theory and History of State and Law Svitlana Golovko, Olena Makeieva, Lyudmila Shapenko conducted interviews with the freshmen on the specifics of their work during lectures and practicals, specific of first-year students’ individual work, described the subjects for the future four years to study. The head of the methodical room Vira Novytska introduced the the funds of scientific, educational and periodical literature to the future lawyers. These measures form cognitive interest to knowledge of the first-year students and help to acquire theoretical and practical skills needed to prepare highly skilled legal professionals.
