On May 26, 2016,  according to the Decree of the President of Ukraine dated March 15, 2016 № 94 “On Celebration of the 20th Anniversary of the Constitution of Ukraine”, the Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law of  Educational and Scientific Juridical Institute has held a competition for the best scientific essay among the students of higher educational establishments of Kyiv on the topic “Modern Constitutional Reforms as a Basis of Further Progressive Development of Ukraine”.

There were participants of the competition from three higher educational establishments: the National Aviation University, the Institute of Penitentiary Service, Kyiv Cooperative Institute of Business and Law. According to the results of the competition winners were the following.
Diploma of I degree was awarded to the student of the 2nd year of ES JI NAU Natalia Nedohybchenko, Diploma of II degree was awarded to the cadet of the 2nd year of Law faculty of the Institute of Penitentiary Service Olha Hlianko, Diploma of III degree was awarded to the student of the 2nd year of ES JI NAU Maryna Kushnir.
For active civil position in building of law state, the following students received encouraging diplomas: Maryna Duz, Natalia Revenko, Victoria Lisova, Olha Chyhyryn, Rehina Sai, Diana Maistro.
