According to a letter Solomenska District State Administration of Kyiv form 19.02.2016 № 106-2668, in April 18th, 2016 there was a meeting of 3rd and 4th years of studying students of Educational and Research Institute of Law with a policy deputy of Solomyansky District Military Office Yuriy Shevchuk.

The event was held to bring up the young generation in patriotism, devotion to the national cause, active citizen’s position.
During the meeting Yuriy Shevchuk gave students information about military service under contract, its features, benefits and incentives from the government for military personnel who are on contract service.
Events conducted in higher educational institutions of military and patriotic upbringing help to increase the prestige of military service, motivation of young people to their readiness to defend the Ukrainian state and serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations.
