On April 6th, 2016 the Educational and Research Law Institute held a roundtable on theme “The Development of Ukraine as Aviation State: Legal Aspects” as a part of the XVI international scientific conference of young scientists and students “Flight. Challenges of Science”.
Every year the Scientific Association of Students and Postgraduates of the Educational and Research Law Institute successfully organize the work of the section of the international scientific conference of young scientists and students “Flight. Challenges of Science”. This year roundtable demonstrated once again that one of the important factors that affect the level of development of aerospace industry of Ukraine is perfect legislation and proper regulation of the industry. Iryna Sopilko, the Director of the Institute, Rostyslav Kalyuzhnyi, the responsible for scientific work, Victoriya Cherevatyuk, the Director of the Training Center of Air and Space Law, Victoriya Zuyeva, the coordinator of student research, students and postgraduates took place in the event. The most controversial were issues related to the implementation of the state policy in the field of civil aviation, problems of development of aviation services and attracting the investments to the aviation industry of Ukraine. The participants noted that the development of Ukraine as aviation state in the modern world is not possible without quality training in the field of air law, and the most favourable conditions for training lawyers for the needs of the airline industry are created the National Aviation University.
