On the 15th of March, 2016 there was the annual speech contest "A word about Ukraine" dedicated to the memory of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes in Education and Research Institute of Law.
Despite the rather difficult times that are now our country invited to participating in event the senior pupils of secondary schools of Kyiv with great fervor and enthusiasm presented their patriotic speeches, emotionality and sincerity of which surprised all of present participants. The competition began with the words of the famous Ukrainian writer Vasyl Symonenko "Ukraine, you are my miracle..." and speeches were formed around this thesis. In the first round of the competition competent jury headed by Director of Institute Iryna Sopilko identified six participants that had special originality and uniqueness. In the second round there was a task of the participants to reveal the proposed theme "I am a Ukrainian." Mature pupils’ thoughts surprised the participants. At the results of the competition victory was got: 1st place by Lisa Ryabukhin; 2nd place by Sergiy Samopolskyi; 3rd place by Valeria Motlyah. At the end of the event all participants have been awarded by gifts and certificates in individual categories.
