December 25th, 2015 the Department of Criminal Law and Process Educational and Research Institute of Law senior school number 54 ( Kyiv) on the topic: "Ways of improving the criminal legislation of Ukraine (14 years old into force of the Criminal Code of Ukraine)."
The round table was taught by outstanding scholars and practitioners such as: Boris Leonov - Senior Research Fellow Ukrainian Research Institute of special equipment and forensic examination, Doctor of Law, senior researcher; Natalia Yarmysh - Professor of the National Academy of Prosecution of Ukraine, Doctor of Law, Professor; Makar Marchuk - leading researcher Interdepartmental Research Center for Combating Organized Crime under the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, PhD ; Michael Colossus - PhD, associate professor, ex-judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine; Olga Kryshevych - Professor of Criminal Law National Academy of Ukraine, PhD., associate professor; teachers and students of Educational and Research Institute of Law. During the discussion raised issues that concern all conscious Ukrainian fight against corruption, the fight against terrorism, harmonization of national criminal laws with European norms and standards so on. With the participation of students of Master academic group PR-502M discussed problematic issues of improvement of criminal law.Those present at the roundtable high school students could not only feel the students of Educational and Research Institute of Law, but also to participate in the discussion of topical issues discussed in it.
