On December 8th, 2015 assistant professor of department of constitutional and administrative law of Educational and Research Institute of Law Igor Rozum conducted the lecture-discussion on theme: «Professional orientation of young people in conditions of modern labour-market» for the pupils of the Secondary school № 223 of Kiev.

In the process of conducting a discussion attention of the future students was concentrated on the fact, that in conditions of globalization of the world economic and increasing of cutthroat competition in the world economic area, the problem of effective preparation and using of human potential obtains the immediate significance for the society. Indicated processes in considerable measure stipulate by substantiation of professional choice, building and constructing by the person her professional trajectory. One of the facts, which assists in realized selection of the future profession is a system of specific psychology-pedagogical facilities, which define as professional orientation.
During summing up it was noted on increasing of role of profession of lawyer in conditions of development of modern, legal and European state in Ukraine. At the same time the accent was made on the role and objects of activities of Educational and Research Institute of Law as one of the leading higher educational institutions, which provides preparation of highly qualified specialists in the branch of law.
