On the second of December 2015, the assistant of the chair history and theory Study-Scientific Law department Lyudmila Shapenko together with students from the group PR-102 Tatiana Lukashenko and Volodymyr Spirin made a speech for the students of the high forms from the secondary school № 308 in Kyiv according to the topic: “Oratory is a necessary component of modern life”.
The main idea of this event is to form the value of the oratory in modern world for students, because oratory is high-demand nowadays as a source of control, regulating relations in society and stating a personality via words. Is teaches to think, educates sense of words, makes the structure of the outlook. During the speech, students highlighted some features of verbal and non-verbal communication, the task of the orator and also gave some advises about the development of oratory skills, rhetorical competence and the ability to make an effective communication. By the end of this event, students of the high school were given information about entrance aspects, profiling of the law institute, and, also, student and science life in NAU.
