November 17th, 2015 leading researcher ІSTE Security Service of Ukraine, Doctor of Law, senior researcher Boris Leonov held a public lecture for student academic groups 502-M and 401 on the theme "Counteraction international terrorism."
The lecture reviewed and discussed topical issues of counteraction international terrorism. The lecturer pointed out that to the fore the problem of preventing the possibility of using weapons of mass destruction, and an entirely new issue is cyber-terrorism, which is able to cause enormous damage to the economy and health of the population in industrialized countries. At the end of the lecture, Boris Leonov noted that today international terrorism must be combated not amateur and complex methods - on the system, the international level. It's time to create some structure of rapid response, which numbered several thousand soldiers and was well prepared, modern weapons and be proactive, preventing any manifestations of terrorism. This structure is designed to protect the population against terrorist acts and activities that lead to the death today of tens of thousands of people.
