October 22, 2015 deputy Head of the Department of Criminal Law and Process Educational and Research Institute of Law Sergey Bagirov, together with the head of department Sofia Lykhova, associate professor Yulia Lantsedova and student academic group PR-102 Tatiana Lukashenko visited the school № 305 (Kyiv), where they held a lecture on theme "Measures the impact on minors under the laws of Ukraine".The purpose of the meeting - familiarize students with the means that can be applied to them in violation of the law. It was explained that the commission of administrative offenses to minors under the age of sixteen and eighteen years may apply such sanctions as: public commitment or otherwise to ask for forgiveness from the victim; prevention; reprimand or severe reprimand; transmission minor under the supervision of parents or persons in loco parentis, or under the supervision of a pedagogical or labor collective with their consent, as well as individuals upon request.
