In the modern period in higher law education it is very important to combine theory with practice. Taking this into account, as part of the professional practice of students the 1st year students of the Law Institute on the 23rd of April, accompanied by the Senior Lecturer of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law Olena Makeeva visited the Parliamentary Ombudsman Office of Ukraine on Human Rights.During the tour students learned about the characteristics and activities of the state body - the Human Rights Representative of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, which was created for parliamentary control over the observance of constitutional rights and freedoms of a man and citizen.
