An important direction of the teaching staff is their participation in scientific conferences, round tables and symposia. On the 21st of April, 2015 the Senior Lecturer of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law Olena Makeieva took part in the annual international scientific conference of the Institute of State and Law named after V.M. Koretsky "Value-legal principles of modern integration processes in Ukraine".

The conference was attended by leading jurists of national jurisprudence, as well as representatives of government, scientific and educational institutions. Welcoming remarks to the participants was made by Director of the Institute of State and Law named after V.M. Koretsky, the academician of the NAS of Ukraine Y.S. Shemshuchenko. During the plenary session of the conference such famous scientists as: A.O. Selivanov, V.F. Sirenko, N.M. Onishchenko, A.M. Kolodiy, N.M. Parkhomenko and others made their speeches. During the breakout sessions teachers, graduate students, young scientists and students joined to discuss issues of modern integration processes. Olena Makeieva made her speech on the theme "Corporate Culture: evaluative dimension in conditions of the integration process".
Such events of scientific work carried significant contribution to the development of legal science and increase the level of professionalism and competence of teachers.
