April 21, 2015 in the Law Institute was held a round table on "Functions of law: theoretical and legal analysis."
Participation in the round table took: Irina Sopilko - Director of the Law Institute, Doctor of Law, Associate Professor; Rostislav Kalyuzhny - Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Doctor of Law, Professor, the person responsible for the scientific work of LI; Victoria Cherevatyuk - Director of Training Center for Air and Space Law, Ph.D., associate professor; Natalia Pylhun – leader of the scientific group "Pravoznavets", Ph.D., associate professor; first-year students of Law Institute. In the event was focused on: the analysis of the theory of the concept of law functions, the definition of the relationship right functional characteristics and functions of law, the legal right characteristic features, the classification of the functions described rights disclosed spread the impact of law on various areas of social reality and so on. At the end of the round table were determined the best reports of students, and that reports will be published in abstracts, reports Ukrainian scientific-practical conference dedicated to the Day of Science "Innovation in legal education".
