February 19, 2015 at the Law Institute was held a meeting with 4th year students and the professor from Belgium (Antwerpen, Karel de Grote University College) Bart Roels.
Within the study of discipline "Social Security Law" Bart Roels lectured in English future lawyers on "Basic aspects of social security law of Belgium." During the class lecturer paid considerable attention to the characteristics of the Belgian social security system, the nature and content of social insurance models, including models of Bismarck, Beveridge, used in modern Europe, some aspects of health insurance and medical benefits, types of social insurance and social benefits, among which gave more detailed information on pension benefits, survivors benefits, unemployment benefits, maternity benefits. In conclusion, Bart Roels wished students successful professional future realization and to become worthy representatives of the rights and freedoms of man and citizen in the state.
