December 11, 2014 in the scope of Ukrainian Law Week in Law Institute was held the meeting w ith students of the 2nd year and the chief specialist of representing the interests of the state courts in Ukraine, regulations registration, legal work, legal education and systematization of legislation and legal management organization of the Main Department of Justice of Kiev region - Olga Kosiak.During a lecture on "Universal Declaration of Human Rights as an Outstanding Document of the History of Mankind" Olga Kosiak stopped exactly at every human right, which found its consolidation in the 30 articles of this document. The fundamental principles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights is the equality of the legal status of people. All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. Endowed with reason and conscience, they should act on one another in a spirit of brotherhood and so on. The Declaration also proclaims the principle of guaranteed rights provided for therein. One of these guarantees is the right to a social and international order, in which the respective rights and freedoms can be fully realized. Along with the rights and freedoms document also provides human responsibilities to society. In the exercise of his rights and freedoms, everyone may be subject only to such limitations as are prescribed by law solely for the purpose of securing due recognition and respect for the rights and freedoms of others, and to ensure the just requirements of morality, public order and the general welfare in a democratic society.
