December 8, 2014 Law Institute students visited the exhibition in the methodical study devoted to the Day YUI NAU court staff on "The constitutional principles of judicial system of Ukraine."
Ukraine's constitution guarantees everyone the right to judicial protection. This right includes the ability to challenge the decisions, actions or omissions of public authorities, local authorities, officers and employees. The judicial system of Ukraine is the collection of all courts of the state, based on common principles of organization and activity engaged judiciary. The judiciary in Ukraine - is represented by the judiciary system separate and independent branch of government that works for the implementation of constitutional, criminal, civil, administrative justice. During the exhibition, students became familiar with the scientific work and his dedication to leading national researchers and teaching staff of the department affecting the judiciary of Ukraine and teaching literature and system of legal acts that define the constitutional principles of judicial system of Ukraine.
