5 of December 2014 in Lawinstitute held a scientific-practical seminar on "Criminal Law: Development Strategy in the XXI century."
The event was attended by leading lawyers and academics: Vladimir Antipenko - Head of the International Law Institute of International Relations of NAU; Boris Leonov - Leading Research Fellow of the National Academy of Security Service of Ukraine; Natalia Yarmish - Professor, Doctor of Law, Professor of Criminal Law of the National Academy of the Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine; LybovTerekhova - a senior fellow at the Research Laboratory Research Center of the Institute of Penal Service; Irina Mishchuk - Senior Lecturer, Department of Criminal Law Institute penitentiary service, as well as the teaching staff of the Department of Criminal Law and Procedure and students-masters specialization "The Court. The prosecutor's office.Advocacy.Notary. " During the discussion, topical issues of criminal law in the XXI century, namely the harmonization of Ukrainian legislation with EU law, the criminalization in contemporary international law, the notion of a hybrid war disadvantages anti-corruption legislation, as well as the problem space the philosophy of punishment.
