November 26, 2014 at the Law Institute held a scientific-practical seminar on "Economic legislation of Ukraine: Current Issues and Prospects".
The purpose of this event was to discuss key issues and identifying promising directions of development of normative-legal acts regulating the economic relationship. In scientific-practical was attended by Vladimir Alyamkin - Ph.D., a lawyer; Ivan Shemelinets - Ph.D., Associate Professor, Head of Department of Civil Disciplines of the National University of the State Tax Service of Ukraine; Vyacheslav Gul - Judge Court of Appeal of Kyiv region; Larissa Milimko - Ph.D., assistant professor of economic-legal disciplines of the National University of the State Tax Service of Ukraine; scientific and pedagogical workers and students of Law Institute. During operation, the scientific-practical seminar discussed the following issues: the need to bring the legal status of business entities with European requirements; particularly in protecting the rights of commercial courts; the problem of bankruptcy banks in Ukraine; problems of legislative settlement of air terrorism; especially economic relations with garden societies and others. As a result of scientific-practical seminar was concluded that, despite the extensive system of laws governing economic relations, the majority of legal acts need to be improved, updated and brought into line with EU requirements.
