On November 25, 2014 the Ph.D., Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law of Law Institute Natalia Pylhun and the students Tatiana Datsenko and Bogdan Kravchuk had the discussion with the pupils of the 10-11 years study of the Secondary school number 10 of Kyiv on the theme “Human rights in the context of a legal state”.
The event was held to provide information about the rights, freedom and legitimate interests of a person and civil rights and their implementation in a legal state, where the main priority principle is the protection and defense of constitutional rights. During the meeting the questions about the status of the legislation that defines the ways of realization of human rights and public policy in this area were discussed. At the same time a right to live in Ukraine and its legal providing because life is the most precious of all human values was the subject of the discussion too. In conclusion, Natalia Pylhun noted that human rights are guaranteed by the law the volume of individual freedom and its ability to operate freely, to choose the type and extent of their own behavior to meet the material and spiritual needs through the use of achievements and benefits of a society and the state within the limits set by the national and international legislation.
