From October 27 to November 2, 2014 methodical study of the Law Institute held a thematic exhibition on the theme: " Current State and Trends to Ensure the Implementation of Human Rights at Work".
In the light of modern democratic processes in Ukraine, focused on the practical implementation of the provisions of the Constitution concerning the construction of a democratic, social, independent, rule of law, human recognition of the highest social value, reform of labor legislation, the distribution of various types of ownership and organizational and legal forms of management, the introduction of real social - partner relations between employers and employees, the issues related to the implementation of the constitutional right to work, which is always held in modern conditions maintain a leading position in the system of social rights. The Constitution of Ukraine legislated policy of the rule of law, protection of rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of citizens in all spheres of public life, but to date there is a problem of greater security at work, the introduction of a transparent mechanism for the implementation of a specific legal constitutional human right to work. The problem of ensuring the right to work, legal forms of its implementation is particularly acute in times of economic crisis, rising unemployment, massive violations of workers' rights. During the exhibition, the students acquainted with the instructional literature, scientific employee of the Law Institute and other Russian scientists, which take up the codification of labor legislation, the current state and direction of ensuring the human right to work.
