October 28, 2014 meeting of students of PR-503S Law Institute with a PhD in Law, Judge of Appeal Court of Kyiv region Olexander Slipchenko.
During the meeting, the judge with 9 years of experience in the Appeal Court of Kyiv region described the current problems and tendencies of the judicial system of Ukraine, opened prospects for judicial reform in our country. In particular, Olexander Slipchenko spoke on the need for reorganization of the judicial system, reducing the number of ships. This lecture took place in the form of a dialogue, during which students questioned the judge dealing with the practice of the court, to peculiarities of the cases and, directly, judicial activity and partially answered them, sharing experiences gained during their professional practice in the bodies of the judicial branch power.
