How to communicate with the teacher

In addition to the basic rules (neat appearance, calm colors in clothing, light makeup, etc.) when you dealing with a teacher pay attention to your voice. As you know, sometimes much more important is not what a person says but as saith. Psychologists have discovered basic emotional human response to the height of the voice and timbre of collocutor.
High and clear voice associated not only with youth, vigor, but immaturity and lack of experience. In addition, high-piercing sound in the subconscious level is perceived as an alarm. And so can cause the listener a sense of discomfort, nervousness, even irritation.
Low the voice, in contrast, is associated with self-sufficiency, confidence, intelligence. In conjunction with a properly chosen pace and intonation the voice will become a kind of pledge of successful response. Rate of narrative is very important. Talking too fast we do not give the listener possibilities to accept the end of a phrase and he is constantly compelled to "catch up with" the next.
Thus is really possible tell something and confuse, but more often the answer immediately leads to the idea that a student not prepared. You anyway will be stoped and start asking more specific questions, and then you can catch unwanted moments that when a self narrative one could circumvented.
Slow speech is also annoying: everything is already clear, and you're only going to finish the phrase.
It is important to be able to articulate the opinion that you want to convey to the listener. It will eliminate the "baa" in the pauses between semantic segments of narrative and reduce the risk of getting stuck in the middle.
In order to attract the attention of the listener to yourself, try slightly lower the voice, to make it enjoyable. Do not speak too quietly – are you really so afraid of talking?
But do not shout. And most importantly: you have to speak so, that the listener could easily perceive.

Keep your eyes!

Eyes of person who is working for a long time on the computer (for example, during classes) are a large load, which can cause blurred vision. The following simple exercises will help to relieve the tension of the eye while working at the computer and save the vision:
1. At the expense of 1-4 close your eyes without straining eye muscles, at the expense of 1- open widely them and look into the distance. Repeat this 4-5 times.
2. Look at the tip of the nose at the expense of 1-4 and then put the glance into the distance at the expense of 1-6. Repeat this 4-5 times.
3. Not turning your head slowly make circular movements of eyes up-right-down-left and in the opposite direction: up-down-left-right. Then look into the distance at the expense of 1-6. Repeat this 4-5 times.
4. Keeping your head still, move the glance, fixing it up at the expense of 1-4 and straight - at the expense of 1-6, then the same down-right, left-right, left-right. Follow the movement diagonally in one and the other side, turning the eyes straight on the expense of 1-6. Repeat this 3-4 times.
5. Not turning his head, "look," eyes closed right at the expense of 1-4 and straight - at the expense of 1-6. Lift up the eyes at the expense of 1-4, lower down on the expense of 1-4 and put straight on glance the expense of 1-6. Repeat this 4-5 times.
6. Look at your index finger remote from the eyes at a distance of 25-30 cm, and looking at it, bring the tip of the nose at the expense of 1-4, then put the glance into the distance at the expense of 1-6. Repeat this 4-5 times.
7. Quickly close and open both eyes, and then look into the distance. Repeat this 4-5 times.
You have to do this exercises at the first sign of eye fatigue or just when seems free time, and your eyes will thank you for it.

When you work at the computer, try to tear your eyes from the monitor occasionally. And, in any case, every 20 minutes without any break make a break for 5 minutes.
