In May 2013 in the methodical cabinet of the Legal institute was held a thematic exhibition that was dedicated to the Victory Day.
May 9, 1945 forever became the Day of Victory in the scalest and the bloodiest war in our world which lasted six years and claimed more than 50 million inhabitants. The territory of Ukraine became the scene of the fiercest armed confrontation between two powerful nations. On the fate of people endured fabulous sufferings and sacrifices. The memory of these sacrifices about selfless and labor heroism of the people obliges us to feel the knowledge that if had not occurred the common victory over fascism, Ukraine would have stopped to exist as a sovereign state and also Ukrainian nation. So, for Ukrainian people as well as for other peoples in the USSR the Great Patriotic War was a struggle for right for freedom, for their land, for a decent future. Organizers of the exhibition prepared booth with materials about heroic deeds of men, women and teenagers of different nationalities, photo albums, collections of poetry, memoirs of soldiers with whom visitors could become acquainted.
