Leadership in the Student Community |
Modern, progressive leaders are increasingly approved by the principles of personnel policy based on the recognition of the priority of personality traits outside the context of its origin, material and social status, the circle of acquaintances and contacts. The presence of outstanding ability and potential for their full implementation, high educational and cultural level are crucial factors in the appointment of young professionals for leadership positions in business, government, social and political spheres. At the same time, business skills and training by themselves do not provide the full formation of the young leader as an experienced and respected manager. Consequently, no less important are qualities such as the ability to lead a team, the ability to influence people outside the context of a service relationship. These qualities require prior training and development are most effectively carried out in the process of learning in higher education. |
