As part of the International Cultural and Educational Association (ICEA) programs for academics and practitioners, Associate Professor of the Department of Civil Law and Procedure of Law Institute Anna Hrabovska from 23 to 30 August 2014 visited the city Chicago (Illinois).
The main objective of the program - exploring the American system of jurisprudence, the organization of legal services for businesses and citizens, the system of training young professionals. Every day for the participants held a meeting with representatives of the state, including: visit Daley Center (STATE), United States District Court Northern District of Illinois (courthouse), Chicago City Hall (Town Municipal Administration). Among education scholars, educators visited Solex Language Academy, got acquainted with the practice programs Business English, teaching and training of foreign experts in. Chicago, and John Marshall law schools - training center for judges and prosecutors. In the example of American municipal structures to coordinate cooperation between management and governance, Anna Hrabovska acquainted with the organization of municipal structures in practice, the provision of educational services by higher education institutions in the future will facilitate the introduction of innovative methods of teaching at the Law Institute for the new generation of lawyers.
