In the period from 1990 to 1993 years studied at the Kiev State University in postgraduate studies at the Philosophical faculty.
In 1994 year, defended a thesis on the theme "State youth policy" for a scientific degree of candidate of political sciences, speciality “Political Institutions and Political Relations "( 12.00.01).
In 1996 year received the title of associate professor.
From 1998 to 2001 year she studied at Kiev State Taras Shevchenko University in doctoral studies at the Philosophical faculty. Scientific Director of the doctor of sociological science, Professor Yakovenko Y.I.
In the year 2001 she defended her thesis on "Innovative Young People Activities During the Period of Society Transformation" to obtain the degree of doctor of sociological Sciences on a speciality "Social Structure, Social Institutions, Social Relations" (12.00.03).
In the year 2002 the academic title of Professor.
From 2002 to 2005 she worked in the position of head of Department, Professor of socio-legal disciplines of Vinnitsa Medical University.
From 2005 to 2006 year held positions of Dean of the Faculty of sociology, head of Department, Professor of the sociology of the Chernomorskiy State University.
From 2006 to 2009 year worked as Deputy Director of the Department of higher education of the Ministry of education of Ukraine.
From 2009-present work Professor of civil law of Educational-Scientific Institute of law of the National Aviation University. Scientific activity to date, the management of higher education; innovation in higher education, intellectual property.
A member of one of the specialized scientific Council. Prepared 4 candidates of Sciences, 2 supervisor's graduate students.
He is the author of the monograph "Innovative Youth People Activities: Essence, Structure, Functions”, two monographs on higher education in Ukraine, several scientific benefits, as well as the author of more than 200 of the articles on higher education , sociology of law, philosophy of law.
