She has two higher educations. In 1997 she graduated from the Kyiv Taras Shevchenko National University and received the higher education on a specialty “Philosophy”, qualification “Philosopher, Lecturer of Philosophical Disciplines”.
In 2000 she graduated from the Kyiv Taras Shevchenko National University and received the higher education on a specialty “Law”, qualification “Lawyer”. There she also graduated from the postgraduate study.
In 2004 she defended her thesis on theme: “Financial Law: Branch of Law, Science, Subject Matter ", specialty 12.00.07 - administrative law and trial; finance law; information law.
In 2016 she defended her doctor thesis on theme “Realization of Rights in Financial Legal Relations: the Problem of Abuse and Misconduct Proof”, specialty 12.00.07 - administrative law and trial; finance law; information law.
Since 2005 till today she is engaged in teaching.
Since 2006 till 2016 she took a position of the assistant professor of the Department of Civil Law and Trial of the Educational and Scientific Law Institute of the National Aviation University. Since 2016 she takes a position of the professor of the Department of Civil Law and Trial of the Faculty of Law of the National Aviation University.
She is an author of more than fifty scientific and educational works, including monographs, textbooks (in co-authorship).
